Terms of Service.

These terms are an agreement between Daero AI, LLC (“Daero”, “we”), a Florida limited liability company, and the business or organization that creates a Daero workspace (“you”). By creating an account, the person who signs up accepts these terms for that organization and confirms they are allowed to. Contact: max@daeroai.com.

Daero is for business use. You must be at least 18 to create an account.

You sign in with WorkOS, Daero’s sign-in provider, using a verified email address. Signing up creates one workspace for your organization, with the name you give it. Your plan sets how many people may belong to the workspace.

Keep your sign-in secure and tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace.

You describe the people you are looking for in your own words. Daero shows you how it read the request, and nothing is searched until you confirm it. Daero then searches the public web and a small number of public records, reads the pages it finds, and returns a shortlist. Each person comes with the evidence for why they may fit and the points still to confirm.

Results are produced with the help of AI models and depend on what public sources say. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Treat every shortlist as a starting point for your own judgment and check what matters before you act on it.

Daero never contacts anyone for you. Your team decides who to approach, and does it outside Daero.

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions in US dollars, billed in advance through Stripe. Prices and the tokens each plan includes are shown on the Pricing page and in Billing in the app. Daero never sees your full card number.

• Each plan includes a set number of Daero tokens for each monthly period. Plan tokens end with that period and do not roll over.
• A new workspace gets 300 welcome tokens once, with its first subscription. Welcome tokens and tokens you add from Billing last 12 months. Plan tokens are always used first.
• When a search starts, Daero sets aside the most that its size can cost. When it ends, you are charged in tokens for what it cost to run, never more than that amount, and the rest is released.
• A search that fails because of a problem on Daero’s side is not charged.
• If a search ends with fewer than a third of the people its size aims for, it is charged only in proportion to what it found. A search you stop is charged for what it used.
• Tokens have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are not refundable.

You can change plan or cancel at any time from Billing. An upgrade takes effect straight away, and the difference for the rest of the period is charged then. A downgrade takes effect at your next renewal. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep your plan tokens until then. Tokens you added from Billing stay usable until they expire.

Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it or Daero agrees otherwise. Prices do not include taxes, which are added where they apply. If a payment fails, Daero may pause new searches until it is paid. To ask about a charge, email max@daeroai.com.

We may change prices or what a plan includes. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a change applies to your plan, and it takes effect from your next renewal.

Use Daero only for lawful business purposes, and follow the laws that apply to how you use results, including privacy, data-protection, anti-spam and marketing laws. In particular, you must not:

• use Daero to stalk, harass, intimidate or discriminate against anyone, or to find someone’s home address or private life;
• use results as a background check, or to decide anyone’s eligibility for a job, credit, insurance, housing or a tenancy, or for any other purpose for which a consumer report is required. You may use Daero to find and approach candidates, but Daero is not a consumer reporting agency and its results are not consumer reports;
• search for, or try to infer, anyone’s health, religion, ethnicity, political views, sexual orientation, criminal record or other sensitive characteristics;
• put confidential patient or client information, or other people’s sensitive personal information, in a request;
• copy, resell or publish results as a database or list, or use them to build a competing product;
• scrape, overload, probe or try to get around Daero’s limits, billing or security, or share your sign-in;
• contact people in results in ways the law does not allow, or keep contacting someone who has asked you to stop.

We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules, and close it if the breach is serious or repeated.

Your requests, notes, shortlists and decisions are yours. You give Daero permission to store and process them only to run the service for you, keep it secure and support you.

You may use the results for your own organization’s internal business purposes, including exporting a shortlist to Excel. Pages that Daero quotes or links to belong to their owners. Daero’s software, design and brand belong to Daero.

Work contact details in results are ones a public source printed for that person, such as their own LinkedIn profile, a work email or a work phone. Use them only as the law allows. If someone asks you not to contact them, stop.

Results are about real professionals, drawn from public sources. Anyone can ask Daero to leave them out of future results by emailing max@daeroai.com with their name and organization, or soon through a “remove me” form. If Daero tells you that a person in your shortlists has asked to be removed, delete them from any copies you have made.

Our Privacy Policy explains what Daero collects about people in results, where it comes from, and the sources it refuses.

Daero is new software and will change. We may add, change or remove features. We work to keep Daero available, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free.

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Using Daero after that means you accept the new terms.

You can stop using Daero at any time by cancelling your plan in Billing. To have your projects and shortlists deleted, email max@daeroai.com. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if you don’t pay, or if we have to by law. We will give you notice where we reasonably can.

The sections on billing owed, your results, disclaimers, liability and governing law continue after the agreement ends.

Daero is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Daero does not guarantee that any person in a result has the experience shown, is reachable or will respond.

To the extent the law allows, Daero is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Daero’s total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid Daero in the 12 months before the claim.

You will defend and indemnify Daero against claims by third parties that come from your requests or your use of results in breach of these terms or the law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before bringing a claim, please email max@daeroai.com so we can try to resolve it informally. Any claim that is not resolved goes to the state or federal courts located in Florida, and both parties agree to their jurisdiction.
